A simpler path for first-time buyers.
BrokeVentures started with independent agents affiliated with brokerages like Keller Williams, eXp Realty, and Real Brokerage who kept seeing the same thing: first-time buyers priced out or outbid on every desirable home.
When one of those agents talks with a homeowner who says “bring me a reasonable offer and I may consider selling,” that home can become a private, off-market opportunity — often before a price is set or the home is publicly listed. Qualified buyers on our list may be notified and connected with the right agent.
BrokeVentures is not a brokerage, a public listing service, or an MLS replacement, and joining does not guarantee that a property will become available.
